Intact Nutrition processes orders 5 days a week, and will ship the same or next business day. We will ship all orders standard by either USPS Priority Mail (1-7 days depending on location). We offer free shipping when the total for these items is over $100.00 (excluding Puerto Rico, Alaska, & Hawaii). If under $100.00, we charge a flat rate of $5.80 + Handling (excluding Puerto Rico, Alaska & Hawaii).
Equine Intact has free shipping when the total for items purchased are over $135.00 or a flat rate current with USPS Priority mail (excluding Puerto Rico, Alaska & Hawaii).
All orders are shipped according to best rate/time as determined by our computers based on package weight and destination. We use US Postal Service (USPS) as our primary standard service carrier, but packages may also ship via UPS. If the address is a post office box, a carrier other than UPS may initially transport the package; however, it will be delivered by USPS to your post office box. Please allow up to seven business days from ship date for delivery when choosing Standard Shipping. Not available for international orders.
For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Mariana Islands, Palau and the Virgin Islands, there will be an additional USPS amount added to the standard shipping rate. Orders will be shipped USPS priority mail. Please allow up to 10 business days from the date of shipment for delivery.
We ask that you please be aware of local custom and importation laws. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from Intact Nutrition, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Before you place your order, please be sure of your local customs laws concerning the shipment of dietary supplements. We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs or any quarantine fees or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office. If an item is returned to us due to a customs related issue, your credit card will be charged the extra shipping costs incurred by Intact Nutrition to retrieve your package. You will only be credited for merchandise when the package is returned to us in the same condition it was sent. International orders will take longer for delivery.
The shipping cost is dependent upon weight and destination and will be calculated during final checkout. Average shipping time for international orders is 15 business days. If you do not receive your package within 15 business days, a refund for the purchase price of the products will be issued upon completion of a postal inquiry. We thank you for your cooperation.
Please be advised that Intact Nutrition is not responsible for taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments. Also, we kindly request that you contact your customs office to thoroughly inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.
We do not ship to Nigeria, Andorra, North Korea, Iran and Cuba.
Orders placed after 3 PM (EST) may not process until the next business day. Orders received over the weekend or national holidays may not process for shipment until the next business day. UPS does not deliver packages on Saturday, Sunday; USPS may delivery your package on a Saturday. Both do not deliver on national holidays.
Orders outside the 48 Domestic US States are shipped based on USPS real-time costs depending on the weight of the package, delivery method and final destination.
All international shipments will be charged based on the weight and destination of their order. US Currency Only.
All orders shipped UPS have a tracking number for status and location tracking. Since all items ship direct from the manufacturer’s facility, tracking information will only be provided if requested. Tracking information is not automatically sent in an email or listed under your account order details. Please Email us to Obtain Tracking Number.
Intact Nutrition guarantees that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, or we’ll refund the total cost of the product(s) purchased within 30 days, including return shipping and handling. Credit card orders will be refunded to the card used for your most recent purchase. Check and money order purchases will be refunded by check.
